What is NOT Covered?

Pre-approval Activities::

Expenses incurred before grant approval are not eligible.

Excluded Services like:

Routine software upgrades (for patching vulnerabilities).
Assessments from technology vendors (consultants must be impartial).
General management consultancy (e.g., business strategy, market research, HR).
IT training for existing systems.
Routine consultancy audits.
Equipment sourcing or planning for other grants.
Physical security measures (e.g., manned guarding).
